Create AccountNeed access to the Canto Customer Portal? The creation of Canto Customer Portal accounts can be initiated two different ways. Most commonly, existing Customer Portal users who are the Main, Administrative, or Technical contact for your Cumulus Server installation will initiate the creation of your Customer Portal account. The creation of your account can also be initiated by a Canto representative, such as during correspondence with technical support, when your order is fulfilled, etc.

Find Server ContactsYou can use this page to attempt to find the existing Main, Administrative, or Technical contacts for your Cumulus Server. Please note that only active Customer Portal accounts will be shown. If any contacts are shown, you can contact these people and request that they allow you to create an account in the Canto Customer Portal.
