What can be done in the Canto Customer Portal?

My Account     In the My Account section you can view and edit your Canto Customer Portal username and password, contact information, and configuration information regarding your Cumulus Server and Client environments.

My Software     In the My Software section you can view details regarding your Cumulus Server installation(s) and any associated Software Maintenance Contracts, as well as download software and manuals related to your specific Cumulus Server installations. You can also check on the availability of upgrades, including free upgrades.

Support     Use the Support section to submit requests for technical support, as well as view your open and past support requests.

List Users     Use the List Users section to view all Canto Customer Portal users for every Cumulus Server you have access to. The Main, Administrative, and Technical contacts also have the ability to create and manage users, and their roles within the Canto Customer Portal.
