You can also check on the availability of upgrades, including free upgrades. Support Use the Support section to submit requests for technical support, as well as view your open and past support requests. List Users Use the List Users section to view all Canto Customer Portal users for every Cumulus Server you have access to. The Main, Administrative, and Technical contacts also have the ability to create and manage users, and their roles within the Canto Customer Portal.
